A plate of pasta with tofu can taste great if prepared with a combination of other vegetables.
It's easy to prepare and with tofu it's not an heavy meal.

Here are the ingredients i used for this recipe;
Tomatoes
Zucchini
Capperi
Olive oil
Onion
Garlic
Pepper (red or black)
Basil
Tofu
Penne or Fusilli pasta
Pour in pasta into a pot of already boiled salted water and keep stirring as it cooks for 7 to 10minutes or as you prefer.
For Tofu sauce,
Cut Zucchini into small cubes,
Cut tofu into small cubes
Slice your onions very tiny
Heat oil in pan, add smashed garlic, few capperi, onions and zucchini.
Leave to heat for 2 minutes then add tomatoes and black pepper (can take off garlic now)
Add tofu and sliced basil
cover to cook for 3 minutes
Taste before adding salt as capperi not only gives aroma but its salty too.
Pour in your cooked pasta and mix.
